How does per-crew pricing work?
You pay for the number of active crew members in the system at the end of each billing month. If you add crew mid-month, they are prorated. Deactivated crew members do not count toward your bill.
Can I try aicrewmatic before committing?
Yes — every plan includes a 30-day free trial with no credit card required. You get full access to the plan features and can import your real flight schedule and crew data. We'll help you get set up during onboarding.
What happens when I exceed 50 or 500 crew?
We'll notify you as you approach the limit and help you upgrade to the next tier. There's no sudden cutoff — we work with operators to ensure a smooth transition. Enterprise pricing is fully custom and scales to any fleet size.
Do I need to pay separately for the Line and Starter/Professional plans?
Line is priced per aircraft and covers the flight operations platform. Starter and Professional are priced per crew member and cover crew management. Most operators buy both — we offer combined pricing. Contact us for a bundle quote.
Is my data secure and where is it stored?
All data is stored in the EU (Render Frankfurt, backed by AWS eu-central-1). We use TLS 1.3 in transit, AES-256 at rest, and are fully GDPR-compliant. Enterprise customers can request private cloud or on-premise deployment.
How long does implementation take?
Most Starter operators are live within 1 week. Professional typically takes 2–4 weeks including data migration and integration setup. Enterprise implementation is scoped individually — typical range is 4–12 weeks.
